Hi Linda,

I like that idea. Substitute caregiver for leader. We can also use other substitutions and derive the same effect. Great post and a brilliant idea.

I love that Linda – with either “leader” or “caregiver” in there. It’s the last line that does it for me – “You usually see whatever it is you are looking for.”
